Make Your Requests Made Known to God

I’ve mentioned here on the blog in prior posts that much of the anxiety we experience every day comes from us projecting too much into the future instead of being Mindful in the present time, the here and now. We waste time thinking that things won’t go our way and focusing on negative outcomes – don’t beat yourself up over it, we all do it from time to time.

However, the absolute best use of your time and mental energy would be to share with God/Creator/Universe the desires of your heart and trust that whatever situation is on your heart will be worked out for your best good. It’s very therapeutic to turn your requests, worries and concerns over to the source who knows the best solution for you BETTER than you do any day of the week anyways!!

    • I’m so happy to hear that Tamara! This verse has meant a lot to me over the past year because it reminds me to make my requests known to God and then let go of the outcome – I have to remember not to worry about it or stress over!
